Terms and Conditions

Hello and welcome! I want you to love your new animal print. Because my shop operates a little differently than a standard high-street store, please take a moment to read through how ordering works. By placing an order, you agree to these friendly guidelines which keep things fair for both of us.

Every Print is Made Just For You To keep my studio eco-friendly and reduce waste, I don’t keep a warehouse full of pre-printed stock. Instead, the moment you place an order, my professional UK printing partner custom-makes your print using premium archival art paper. Because each piece is specially made-to-order, I am unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind or accidentally choose the wrong size. Please double-check your wall measurements before buying!

What If My Print Arrives Damaged? Your peace of mind is my top priority, and your consumer rights are fully protected. While packages are wrapped securely, accidents can occasionally happen in the post. If your print arrives bent, torn, or damaged in any way, please don't worry. Just send me a message within 14 days of delivery with a quick photo of the damage and the packaging, and I will happily send you a brand-new replacement print completely free of charge.

Shipping & Postal Delays Because your art is printed to order, please allow a few days for the ink to dry and the item to be packed before it hops into the mail. While I always dispatch packages as quickly as possible, once they are handed over to the postal service (like Royal Mail), the actual delivery time is out of my hands. I cannot be held responsible for unexpected post office delays, strikes, or international customs hold-ups, but I will always do my best to help you track down a delayed package.

For my original pastel works which require the protection of glass, I will always package these myself and send by an appropriate art carrier. This will incur an additional cost but which I will create a quote for.

Copyright & Art Ownership I put my heart and soul into creating these original soft pastel paintings and other pieces. When you purchase a physical print, you are buying a beautiful piece of art to display in your home—you are not buying the rights to replicate it. All copyright remains exclusively with me. Please do not scan, copy, digitally alter, or recreate my artwork for commercial resale or profit. Where I have used reference photographs, I always have the consent of the photographer or animal owner.

A Note on Screen Colors I do my absolute best to photograph and display the true colors and textures of my pastel artwork. However, every computer monitor and phone screen displays color slightly differently based on brightness and screen settings. Because of this, the colors of your physical print might look just a tiny bit different in person than they do on your digital screen.

Frequently Asked Questions -PRINTS

Do the prints come with a frame?

No, all prints arrive unframed. They are safely rolled in a sturdy postal tube or packed flat in a protective envelope. This keeps shipping costs low for you and allows you to choose a frame that perfectly matches your home decor! (Standard A4, A3, and A2 frames are widely available in most shops).

What kind of paper do you use?

I use a premium, museum-quality Enhanced Matte Art Paper (200gsm). It has a beautiful, smooth, glare-free finish that perfectly mimics the look and rich texture of a real soft pastel drawing on fine art paper. I recommend when the print is framed, you ask your framer to use Art Glass which reduces light glare and reflection onto your print.

How long will it take for my print to arrive?

Because every piece is custom-printed just for you, please allow 2 to 4 business days for printing and packaging. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery via Royal Mail usually takes an additional 2 to 4 business days. International shipping takes a bit longer depending on your location!

Can I return my print if I change my mind?

Because each print is custom-made to order by my printing partner the moment you buy it, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size choice. However, if there is any issue with your order arriving damaged, please get in touch right away and I will gladly sort it out for you!

My print arrived damaged, what should I do?

Oh no! Please don’t worry—I've got you covered. Just send me a message within 14 days of delivery. Please include a quick photo of the damage to the print and the packaging, and I will get a brand-new replacement sent out to you completely free of charge.

Can I buy a digital download of your artwork to print myself?

To protect the copyright and high quality of my original drawings, I only sell physical, professional prints and do not offer digital downloads.

Custom Art & Commissions

Do you take custom commissions (like pet portraits)?

Yes, I absolutely love bringing your favorite animals and beloved pets to life in soft pastel! Commission slots are limited each month depending on my studio schedule. If you would like a custom piece, please send me a message to discuss your ideas, reference photos, and current waiting times.

How do I supply photos for a custom portrait?

The clearer the photo, the more detail I can capture in the pastels! High-resolution photos taken in natural daylight (outdoors or near a bright window) work best. Don't worry if you aren't sure—just send over a few of your favorite pictures and we can look through them together to choose the perfect pose.

Can I cancel or return a custom commission?

Because a commission piece is completely unique and created specifically for you using your personal photos, I am unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once I have started working on the piece.

How will my original pastel drawing be shipped?

Unlike my prints, your original soft pastel drawing requires extra special care. It will be carefully treated with a professional art fixative to protect the pastel, wrapped in protective glassine paper to prevent smudging, and shipped flat in heavy-duty, bend-proof packaging via a fully tracked and signed-for postal service. I can only ship framed pieces via a specialist art courier but I can quote for this service.
